Certified Medication Aide | $24-$27/hr | Self-Scheduling

Serving staffing partners in the Sioux Falls, Brookings, Yankton, Mitchell, Watertown, Aberdeen, Pierre, Sioux City, and numerous other rural locations.

Job duties may include :

• Care for the personal care of patients / residents in facilities such as nursing homes and assisted living facilities
• Administer medication to residents / patients per policy and procedure
• Work with facility nurses, CNAs, Med Aides, caregivers etc. to provide excellent patient care
• Assist with eating and nutritional intake of residents / patients as needed
• Observe patient and notify facility DON / supervisor / charge nurse of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment
• Possess your valid, unexpired Med Aide certification with the state of South Dakota
• Willingness to work training shifts for those who have recently earned their Med Aide certification

Experience :

• Active Certified Medication Aide within South Dakota , or ability to apply for reciprocity / endorsement
• Maintains required certification / qualifications and associated standards
• Experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
