Product Fulfillment Specialist

This is a contract, hybrid position based in Sunrise, FL

Work Location : Sunrise, FL

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. 3 days per week in office after initial training period

What You Will Do

Reporting to our Product Fulfillment Supervisor, you’ll handle essential fulfillment operations that ensure members receive the materials and service they deserve. In this role, you will :

• Organize and analyze all return-to-sender mail and bad address files, tracking and reporting data to the Fulfillment Supervisor.
• Assist with monthly invoice processing by filtering fulfillment orders and booking expenses to the appropriate sales channels.
• Perform accurate data entry and provide transactional support related to member fulfillment.
• Communicate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Manage and resolve all incoming Fulfillment Jira tickets daily.
