Job descriptionPrepare, review, and process invoices Match incoming payments to invoices and resolve billing discrepancies Account reconciliations Vendor and client communication for overdue accounts. 3-5+ years of AP or AR experience. Basic Excel skills, including data entry and simple formula functions to aid in data management and reporting. Construction industry experience preferred but not required.
