We’re seeking an experienced Texas Escrow Officer to join our growing title team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced closing environment. Responsibilities include managing real estate transactions from contract to close, preparing settlement statements, balancing files, coordinating with lenders, realtors, and clients, and ensuring compliance with TDI and underwriter requirements.
Requirements :
- Active Texas Escrow Officer License (in good standing)
- Minimum 2 years of title / escrow experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with title software (e.g., Qualia, RamQuest, or similar)
