Swift Collision is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role supports our production process by managing parts purchasing, inventory, and returns to keep repairs moving smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Order and track parts from preferred vendors daily

Manage inventory and eBay sales

Inspect parts for accuracy and quality

Coordinate with estimators and production teams

Handle returns, credits, and warranty claims

Keep accurate records in our management system

Qualifications :

Experience in parts coordination or automotive inventory preferred

Excellent organization and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment
