AI Infrastructure Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AI Infrastructure Engineering - DGX Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of software and AI engineers to build systems for incident, change, and problem management

Guide technical strategy and execution across multiple workstreams and teams

Develop and scale engineering teams while fostering a collaborative culture and representing the team in cross-organizational forums

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles, with 5+ years in engineering leadership

BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience

Experience in building and scaling systems for incident, change, and problem management in high-scale environments

Proven leadership in adopting AI / ML technologies for operational efficiency and automation

Strong people leadership skills with a focus on developing engineers and driving alignment in high-pressure situations
