A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant Remote / Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Account Managers, Brokers, and departmental operations
Prepare, process, and distribute various documents accurately and on time
Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative staff and contribute to process improvements
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of two years of experience in the surplus lines or insurance industry, or a valid Property & Casualty license with at least one year of related experience
Background in administration or accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
