We are a high performing, growing team, seeking a dynamic Employee Relations professional to complement our Wayne and Totowa NJ sites. The ideal candidate will have two years of HR Generalist experience including one year of solid Employee Relations focus. This position partners with the local site leadership team in helping to drive efforts in the areas of positive and proactive employee relations, performance management and site culture within a respectful workplace.

Responsibilities of this role include :

• Local, day-to-day HR support with a focus on employee relations.
• Conducting thorough and timely investigations for assigned employee and management community.
• Counseling employees and management; recommending course of action based on employment law, corporate policy, company practices and procedures and business needs.
• Delivering guidance and counsel on subjects such as performance management, corrective actions, change management, employee leaves of absence, accommodations, Worker's Compensation, etc.; driving to conclusion as appropriate.
• Advising and supporting management in the implementation and delivery of HR programs.
• Championing the company's commitment to site initiatives including culture, wellness; security, safety, etc. focusing on employee engagement and Company culture.
• Other projects as assigned.
