This position is eligible for commission and residual.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, manage a team of sales representative focused on selling POS products.
Monitor and track the sales team's performance, providing guidance and coaching to ensure individual and team targets are met.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a focus on direct sales and managing teams, preferably in the technology industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the POS industry.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of POS systems and retail technology.
