Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor on our Veterans Services team. As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project management and planning, project team. Oversees the status of operational issues, schedules, and prepares reports. Monitors and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the specific team performance related to timeliness, quality, and customer service for the back end quality team.
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee onboarding and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.
- Manage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work according to contractual obligations.
- Responsible for the daily operational workflow, to include communication with external and internal customers, resolution of claimant, provider, and client issues, and identify workflow concerns for specific cases and employees.
- Ensure the use of best practice workflow and operational excellence in activities are utilized.
- Direct the training of team members on workflow and process changes, and contractual modifications expeditiously.
- Manage processes focused on effective customer service, ensure immediate escalation of issues, and participate in meetings to discuss the case management process.
- Analyze and report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis operational statistics.
- Manage the missing items inbox and misdirected invoices.
- Assist in providing timely training to LQTC provider network (medical professionals).
- Process cases from start to finish during surges, unplanned staff outages, and as needed to ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Executes all documentation, communications, and job tasks, whether manual or automated, with strict adherence to all applicable PHI and PII laws, regulations, and LQTC policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education.3 years of prior relevant experience.2 years of supervising or leading teams or projects.Strong working knowledge of case management programs.Possess excellent organizational and follow up skills, with a strong attention to detail to meet deadlines.Possess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze information to provide feedback and process improvement to direct reports.Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and communicate effective problem resolutions to direct reports and key stakeholders.Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supervising or managing a medical practice highly preferred.Comprehensive understanding of internal standardized workflow / procedures.Project management and medical case management life cycle experience is preferred.Leidos QTC Health Services quality assurance experience preferred.Additional Info :
Must be flexible to work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6 : 30 am - 6 : 00 pm (Monday Friday) PST.
