Job description

E-Commerce Supervisor

The following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the E-Commerce Supervisor. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

Act as a liaison between employees, management, Ecom, IT and Inventory Control to ensure issues are communicated and resolved to all affected parties.

Manage and coordinate the activities of personnel assigned to the store transfer area. Monitor team performance daily.

Oversee the process of receiving and put away of all inbound store transfers to 500. Ensure inspection of garments returned to the Ecom for defects / damages are done. Ensure items have sensors and tickets. Identify and report all shortages and / or damages to Inventory Control to ensure store compliance issues are communicated. Notify Loss Prevention if a high value security tote is not sealed or if high value merchandise is missing.

Handle special requests or priorities accurately and in a timely manner.

Regularly monitor emails and troubleshoot / research issues as they arise.

Maintain accurate Ecom inventory levels by performing location audits, manual counts and requests for system adjustments from Inventory Control.

Monitor daily reports to ensure aged items are located and sent to Ecom. Research aged cartons and request updates for transfers that won't close.

Handle & secure high dollar items as described in the policy and procedure.

Have a working knowledge of all processes and procedures within all functions in the distribution center and help facilitate training efforts. Cross train in other departments and provide backup coverage as required.

Follow Tilly's procedures for handling biohazard materials such as soiled clothing or blood stained items.

Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Inventory Control, Quality Assurance or auditing experience preferred

Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) required

Must be a team player.

High School Diploma required.

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Ability to sit, stand, lift, push, pull and walk for extended periods of time without limitations.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Typical warehouse environment lacking climate control.

Hourly Salary Range : $66,560 - $68,640. Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.
