Job description
A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, reserve, and manage lost time Workers' Compensation claims
Oversee team performance and development, providing coaching and support
Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation regulations and facilitate communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Previous Workers' Compensation supervisory experience required
Minimum 5-7 years handling Workers' Compensation claims
Experience adjusting claims in multiple states including TX, MN, AZ, and CO
BA / BS degree required; industry designations such as AIC or CPCU are a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, virtual office environment
