Job Summary / Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with a consulting services firm to find a driven Junior Accountant. As the Jr Accountant, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, processing payments, maintaining invoices and processing payroll. The ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s in accounting or finance combined with at least 2 years of relative experience to include government contracting experience. Responsibilities :

• Perform accounts reconciliation, data entry, and maintain updated records (invoices / receipts).
• Assist with the monthly close process and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage payroll for W2 employees and 1099 contractors.
• Support audits, tax functions, and external partner payments.

Qualifications / Background Profile :

This job is Fully Remote.

Pay Range : Hourly $25.00 to $28.00
