Region Sales Manager-Southern California

About the Role

YaVe Tequila is growing fast — and we're looking for a sales leader to run SoCal like it's their own territory. As Region Sales Manager, you'll own sales growth, distributor execution, and market development across the region. You'll lead our local Market Managers, drive programs with our wholesalers, and close strategic accounts in both on- and off-premise. This role reports to the Director of Sales and works cross-functionally with marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Leadership

• Coach and manage Market Managers to hit KPIs and grow PODs, distribution, and case volume.
• Build a strong sales culture : set standards, lead from the front, and run clean field execution.
• Conduct regular field rides, performance reviews, and market visits with your team.
• Roll out new product launches and ensure team alignment on brand priorities and strategy.
• Deliver clear and concise weekly recaps and a 30 / 60 / 90-day action plan to NSM.
