Job Title : Senior Payroll Specialist – Healthcare (Multi-Entity)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll across multiple healthcare affiliates, including nursing home care, home care, long-term care, and assisted living programs. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll operations while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as union agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end weekly payroll processing for multiple entities.

Oversee time and attendance systems (UKG / Kronos, HHA Exchange) for accuracy.

Reconcile payroll with HR / HRIS updates (new hires, terminations, position changes).

Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Process retirement contributions, union benefit reports, and related payments.

Generate payroll reports to support Finance and monthly close.

Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with payroll policies.

Qualifications :

Associate degree required.

5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-entity environments.

Proficiency with ADP Enterprise V6 or Workforce Now; UKG / Kronos; HHA Exchange.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Knowledge of payroll laws, principles, and union agreements.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation : $70,000 – $80,000 annually + benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, professional development)
