This role is located in the El Paso, TX 79904 area and is available for current students enrolled in a Bachelor's program, graduating by December 2024 from a college / university.

This internship pays $14.00 / hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities.

For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Any major considered. Graduating no later than December 2024.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and / or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (. DUI, DWI).
• Must be able to work minimum 25 hours a week and can work up to 35 hrs a week (no weekends) with a start date of 5 / 29 thru end date of 8 / 2.
• Must be available for mandatory meeting / training dates of 6 / 5 & 6 / 6, 7 / 18 & 7 / 19 and 8 / 1 & 8 / 2.
