Here's your chance to be a part of our dynamic team! We are seeking Full-time PTA throughout Maricopa County with high demand in the West Valley. Your will be directly supervised by a Physical Therapist who is developing and monitoring the patients progress on personalized plan of care.

📍 Job Overview

Role : Physical Therapy Assistant (Home Health Care)

Location : West Valley-, North Valley and Central Phoenix

Schedule : Work in patients' homes under a Physical Therapist's direction-active and passive exercises, gait training, strengthening required to meet the patients POC goals. HCHB point-care EMR for documentation,

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct active and passive therapeutic exercises , muscle re‐education, gait & functional training, and assistance with transfers / prosthetic devices

Apply physical modalities -heat / cold packs, ultrasound, electric stimulation, massage, aquatic techniques-based on treatment plan.

Observe treatment responses and promptly report changes to the supervising PT / clinical team

Teach patients and caregivers safe use of assistive devices (walkers, braces, canes, prosthetics)

Produce timely and accurate documentation , including clinical notes, care plan updates, and billing records

Participate in regular home care team meetings and continuing education

Trialed Schedule & Routine :

Mostly home-based visits within the greater Phoenix / Tempe area.

Caseloads typically include 4-6 patients / day (depending on travel), averaging 30"units" per week for full-time PTs and likely similar for motivated PTAs.

Travel reimbursement and mileage reimbursement

Technology & Support :

Fully equipped with company-issued smartphones / tablets , facilitating real-time documentation and secure communications.

Supportive care team environment complemented by in-service education , ongoing training sessions, and shadowing as needed.

✅ Qualifications

PTA degree from accredited program

Licensed PTA in Arizona

Skills in patient care, gait training, therapeutic techniques, and clinical documentation.

Fingerprint Clearance

Driver license with personal transportation proof of insurance

TB clearance
