Benefits Analyst (Stockton)

Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join a top Private University. This person will work onsite at their Stockton campus while reporting to the Sr. Benefits Lead and Director of HR Operations. Top priority for this position is to assist employees with benefit management and make process improvements. Main responsibilities include :

Helping internal employees navigate benefits.

Answering questions pertaining to benefits, enrollment, employment processes, and benefit reconciliation.

Act as a middle person between employees and insurance companies when asked certain benefits questions.

o It is expected that this person will call the insurance companies directly even if its not a question theyd typically be asked.

Pay attention to process flaws and make appropriate suggestions when needed.

Partner with Benefits Lead to implement changes and streamline the overall process.

Pay Rate : $25 - $28 / hr.
