Responsibilities
- The Database Administrator / Clinical Coordinator will serve as the site administrator for multiple hospital databases and programs, including but not limited to policy & procedures and contract origination through the USPI / Tenet eRFA portal.
- Responsibilities include database maintenance, tracking / trending of contracts, report generation, staff training, and end user support.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) by performing diversified, responsible, and confidential duties.
Qualifications
High School graduate with some college preferred.Demonstrates proficient use of Microsoft Office, and multiple software systems.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.Ability to deal tactfully with department heads as well as with visitors.Ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with the capacity to make independent decisions.Seniority level
