Overview

Our top-performing real estate team is looking for a personable, motivated, and service-driven Buyer's Agent to help guide clients through the homebuying process. If you're passionate about real estate, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Help buyers navigate the home purchasing process and select mortgage options that fit their budget

    • Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • VA Real Estate License : Must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license
