Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT CT certification for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital CT scan unit
  • Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours : Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
  • No call requirements
  • Patient populations include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
  • Uses Epic EMR; Epic experience required
  • Floating may be required to other campuses within the health system
  • Candidates must complete mandatory pre-employment modules, typically averaging 2 to 4 hours during orientation
  • There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
  • Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application and will not be accepted after submission
  • Candidates may be assigned to care for a broad age range, from neonates to geriatrics

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year CT technologist experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • ARRT CT credential required
  • EPIC experience required
  • License required if applicable
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
  • Education verification through a third party required; diplomas from schools on the Florida Education Audit list are not accepted
  • Background check with no open cases required
