What Drives Success
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for the organization's products and services to meet established targets.
Activities may include : market research, oversight of product development and design, pricing, launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance. Contributes to business planning at the executive level to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision, and objectives. Defines advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for intended audience. Selects and manages ongoing relationships with vendors. Adjusts marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Liaise with other managers to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
What We Are Looking For
Requires strong business acumen and expertise in marketing strategy and best practices. Must be able to manage a team and lead cross-functional work groups. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have knowledge of a Microsoft Office and other related technologies.
What We Offer
Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $104,000-$136,500 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography / market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
