Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to service level agreements
Understand caller needs and contact appropriate physicians to address inquiries
Document caller information accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Six months of call center or customer service experience is preferred
Basic healthcare knowledge is preferred
