As we move into a growth phase in our business, we seek a General Manager to join the team and help drive our brand and employees in this stage of development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive leader to grow our All Dry Services branch! This role is a salaried full-time position.
You will perform and oversee marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business while reporting to the franchise owner.
Compensation will grow as the business grows with a detailed plan to increase annual salary. You'll be responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, decision-making, and meeting or exceeding business goals.

Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Identify, track, and improve performance and indicators, ensuring all business goals are met.
- Build business relationships with key accounts in the territories
- Answer emergency phone calls and ensure customer needs are met
- Help develop and ensure adherence to budgets and business plans.
- Help technicians when needed
- Perform demo on jobs when needed
- Drive employee satisfaction, personal development, and performance management.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team.
- Interact with and provide excellent customer service, such as job estimates and quotes.
- Plan, lead / oversee meetings, and report on performance to branch owner and franchise leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in the business, personnel, and performance.

Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Construction or Restoration
- 5+ years of prior work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in supervisory / management role preferred.
- Experience managing individuals and teams.
- Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs & social media.
- Experience with business software technologies.
- Excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Exceptional oral / written communication skills.
- Attitude of diversity, equity, inclusion, respect, and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Clean personal background.
