Location : Coventry & Johnston RI Pay : $22.50-$23.50 / hour $1.00 / hour Weekend Differential Schedule : Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Join a mission-driven team delivering restorative care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I / DD) in supportive community-based settings. As a Restorative Support Professional you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence emotional well-being and community integration.

What Youll Do

• Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans.
• Provide motivational consistent and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships.
• Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals daily routines and life skills including : n utritional guidance e mployment and volunteer opportunities s ocial and relationship development p ersonal care and hygiene m edication administration
• Maintain a safe healthy and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.

Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)

Minimum Requirements

Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous).
