THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION : WEDNESDAY SATURDAY, 9 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 AM

Duties Include :

• Responsible for working with the entire CPC team to support a team approach and positive work environment for direct reports and drivers.
• Responsible for contributing to and executing the procedures that are created and helping guide the CPC dispatch team members through the day-to-day operations of P&G dispatch.
• Responsible for the continuous flow of information into, through, and out of the dispatch office and up through management and the customer.
• Involved in the process of interviewing applicants for their Direct Report positions and other positions (as directed) for hiring by making recommendations.
• Involved in the performance review of direct reports and other positions (as directed) and making recommendations regarding promotions and disciplinary action including discharge.

Qualifications Needed :

• 2 5 years in Transportation or similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook , TMW, OT1, additional web-based software.
• Effective communication skills to promote a positive work environment.
• Professionalism with an attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment making independent decisions regarding the dispatch of the CPC drivers assigned to the fleet according to established rules and procedures.
