Express Healthcare Staffing of Miami is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Plantation, Florida.

Tell us about the unit(s) :

Number of Beds – 4 rooms, 1 patient per room

Number of Staff – 22, consisting of RN’ and Techs

Type of staff :

Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift

Night Shift – On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total

Patient Ratios – 1 : 1

Type of equipment – all GE rooms

EMR – Meditech and MacLab

Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

BLS, ACLS, ARRT

Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

RCIS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :

Cardicac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing

Best personality Fit :

Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced

On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit

Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

Scrub Color - Surgical scrubs, Unit will provide

Huddle calls daily, development of relationships with Director, staff and patients paramount

Gold seal of approval, well run department, excellent Director
