Ivy Computer is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Our Technical Support Specialists are on the front line with our customers, speaking directly with them and solving problems in real time. Answering live calls is the heart of this role, and where youll make the biggest impact. Youll answer a wide range of questions, from quick fixes to step-by-step walkthroughs, and youll build lasting relationships with customers along the way.

Responsibilities
Respond to live calls and provide real-time technical assistance to a variety of customers. Offer quick fixes and step-by-step walkthroughs, and build lasting relationships with customers through professional and friendly support.

This position is based in Waterbury Center, VT. The schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours with a rotating on call schedule. The job is an in-office position that currently allows for work-from-home time on Fridays after the initial onboarding process.
Pay range is $25-$27 / hour, depending on experience.
