A company is looking for a Recruit / Learn Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise in HCM Recruit and Learn modules
Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize HCM solutions
Conduct training sessions and support users in the system
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in HCM systems
Strong understanding of recruitment and learning management processes
Experience with system implementations and upgrades
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Relevant certifications in HCM solutions are a plus
