Job descriptionBuild strong relationships with executives across the business to influence decision-making and drive financial accountability. Leverage deep access to company operations to uncover key drivers of growth and profitability. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that educate and empower teams across the organization. Serve as a financial sentinel, monitoring the company's fiscal health and identifying areas for improvement. Lead and collaborate on strategic initiatives with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and other departments. Develop and oversee long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 4 plus years in strategic finance roles such as FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or investing Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Looker and SQL is a strong plus. Deep experience with 3-statement financial modeling—this will be assessed during the interview process. Work closely with department heads to build and track budgets and KPIs. Facilitate strategic projects across teams, ensuring alignment and accountability. Collaborate with operations, accounting, and other teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Ability to analyze operational and customer data to produce board-level reporting, retention analysis, customer trends, and variance analysis.
