Compensation Range : $120,000-$175,000 / year

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Principal Financial Analyst to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. What You’ll Be Doing

• Direct and oversee company-wide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation
• Lead long-range forecasting, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments across business units, brands, and product categories
• Manage the tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of Amazon pass-through bill backs and other client reimbursements
• Develop and maintain financial frameworks for tracking Amazon pass-through bill backs, client reimbursements, and margin performance
• Partner with senior leadership to align financial planning, pricing strategies, and business initiatives with organizational goals
• Oversee the preparation of executive-level dashboards and financial reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for leadership and the board
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, data governance, and analytical processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic impact

We’ve listed a broad salary range of $120,000-$175,000 / year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
