Brief Job Description :

• Responsible for providing administrative support to various Purchasing Specialists and the Purchasing Manager. Processes requisitions, purchase orders, and maintains vendor records in PeopleSoft and other systems.
• Coordinates purchasing of corporate-wide office supplies, including copy paper, stationary, and business cards.
• Supervision is provided by the Procurement and Contracts Manager.

Qualifications and experience desired :

• Experience in processing requisitions, purchase orders, vendor maintenance, and contract filing.
• Approval of corporate office supplies, including copy paper, business cards, and special order stationery.
