Client Systems Operations specialists ensure the software and hardware behind air and ground operations function properly, including repairing, troubleshooting, and installing necessary programs to complete missions when needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide information technology support.
- Install and configure software systems and applications.
- Report and correct security incidents.
- Establish preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance procedures.
