Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 / year (based on caseload and experience)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team as a full-time salary employee . You'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals aged 2-20 in clinic, home, and community-based settings. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you'll help clients achieve meaningful outcomes through ethical and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
  • Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists for integrated care
  • Monitor client progress and adapt programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
  • Experience with ABA data platforms (e.g., Motivity, Aloha) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CPT codes and ABA billing practices is preferred
