Project Manager

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of projects that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status reports to management.

Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.

Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation.

Drive process improvements and best practices for project management.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
