Coordinator, Global Employee Relations

Tiffany & Co. is looking for a dynamic and passionate Coordinator, Global Employee Relations to serve our Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence. This position will be based in New York City and provide partnership and support on analytics and manage projects for the Employee Relations team across the globe. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple initiatives and daily activities, in a faced paced and changing environment.
This role is an essential part of the Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence and will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the employee relations department including, acting as a project lead on a number of initiatives including events, department budget, HR case management systems and department intranet sites.
Location : This position is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Analytics and Reporting
- Work with the Global ER team and other HR colleagues to gather data in our numerous HRIS systems and analyses trends. Create reports, dashboards and high-level presentations
- Optimize performance and usage of tools such as Scout, Oracle, project plans and internal processes, focusing on continuous improvement
Communications
Update, maintain and make improvement recommendations to the Employee Relations and Leave Management Centers of Excellence intranet pagesDraft employee communications for Employee Relations and Leave Management teamsRespond to and handle inquiries from employees through various department emailsCollaborate with Employee Services to respond to policy questions and ensure proactive communication regarding any changesProject Responsibilities
Provide project management to cross-functional team members for the annual Charles Lewis Tiffany weeklong event which includes sourcing vendors, organizing international and domestic travel, creating and managing invitations, curating special events and the award ceremonyConduct quarterly audits federal, state and local employment posters. Review results and make recommendations for remediation as neededWork with cross-functional team members on projects and initiativesAdministrative
Track and manage department budgetProcess department invoicesOther duties as assignedThe hiring range for this position ranges from $30.43 - $41.17. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related fieldTwo+ years of progressive analysis / consulting experience in a Human Resources Operations capacityExperience reviewing and working with highly confidential dataExcellent Oral and written communication skillsExperience designing and developing Reports & DashboardsMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiencyAble to identify issues, gaps and propose solutionsAble to make connections and build partnershipsProject Management and Project Coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications :
