What you'll do :

  • Daily Billing for Multiple Locations w / Multiple Reconciliations
  • Record Keeping for Audit Controls
  • Invoice Credit & Rebills
  • Sales Tax Adjustments
  • Lockbox Payment Allocations
  • Cash / Credit Card / Check Payment Allocations
  • Customer Service
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned or Required

    • What you'll need :

  • Detail-oriented w / a Strong Focus on Accuracy
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Ability to Communicate with Customers regarding Billing Questions
  • Work well under Pressure and Deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • NetSuite and Oracle experience preferred
  • Organized, Self-Motivated TEAM Player
  • Dependable Attendance
  • Availability to Work in Office 5 days / week
