Maxim offers comprehensive training to all of our nurses to ensure that our nurses are confident in providing one-on-one care in the patient's home.

Position Details : Adult Patient
Adult Patient
- Acuity Level : G-tube, Trach and Vent
- Location : Mesa (85202)
- Schedule : Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday / Saturday 10p-6a (NIGHT SHIFTS)
About case : Patient is an adult female who is needing help 4 nights a week. These are 9 hour shifts, The patient has a g-tube, trach and vent.
This patient is home bound and independent throughout the day.
We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)
Responsibilities :
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient's condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
