Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Fixed Schedule | Mesa, AZ
Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Days or Nights | No Rotating Shifts
Pay Range : $42–$65 per hour (with differentials)

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings
Conduct patient assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams

Support patients through stabilization, treatment, and recovery planning
Qualifications
Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
Ability to work a fixed day or night shift
Interest in behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or detox nursing
Open to both experienced RNs and recent graduates
Compensation and Shift Differentials
Base pay : $42–$50 per hour, depending on experience
Weeknight differential : 10%
Weekend day differential : 15%
Weekend night differential : 30%
Effective hourly rates can reach up to $65 per hour with differentials
