Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation Specialist

What You’ll Do: Work directly with supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements for procurement, order management, inventory, planning, and fulfillment processes. Configure and implement Oracle SCM Cloud modules, ensuring setups match business workflows and operational needs. Document future-state process flows, configuration decisions, cross-module dependencies, and integration points. Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, testing, and cutover alignment. Lead CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles by preparing scenarios, validating system behavior, and resolving functional issues. Partner with technical teams to clarify integration requirements, including data structures, API usage, and downstream dependencies. Troubleshoot configuration gaps, missing logic, and process exceptions and guide users toward effective solutions. Deliver end-user training, process documentation, and post-go-live stabilization support. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud with deep understanding of modules such as: – Inventory – Procurement – Order Management – Product/Item structures – Shipping and fulfillment flows Ability to map business processes into Oracle setups and provide clear configuration guidance. Solid understanding of supply chain operations and how data flows across SCM Cloud modules. Experience supporting testing cycles, resolving functional defects, and validating end-to-end scenarios. Familiarity with data migration concepts including mapping, validation, and reconciliation. Strong communication skills for working with business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.
