Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week)

About the Role

We're expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented HR Shared Services Specialist to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results that impact the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming requests in the ServiceNow ticketing queue throughout the day, ensuring prompt response and resolution.

Oversee the system-side onboarding process -including data entry, validation, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely completion of hiring activities.

Analyze onboarding and ticket data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and elevate critical issues.

Partner with HR and business teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all new hire data processing.

Contribute to process improvements and enhance overall HR operational effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, People Operations, or HRIS administration.

Bachelor's degree required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ability to summarize and present findings in PowerPoint.

Preferred Tools & Systems

ServiceNow experience highly preferred (open to similar ticketing platforms).

Exposure to SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.

Familiarity with Power BI a plus (not required).
