This opportunity is a fully in-person, home health role. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be currently located in, or planning to relocate to, the following location :

What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist / Language Pathologies (ST) :

In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team.

To be a success as Speech Therapist / Language Pathologist (ST)

Anticipated  Wage range Speech Therapist : 110,000.00- 125,000.00 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.  21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match)
