Role Objective
We specialize in helping DACA recipients get their green cards through their careers ( not just through marriage). We are seeking an
experienced Business Immigration Attorney
to join our growing team in Phoenix. You'll handle
NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 PERM cases
from consult through filing — and provide
in-person USCIS interview coverage in the AZ field offices
Requirements
Conduct thorough legal consultations with prospective and existing clients for employment-based immigration matters, including NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 PERM.
Manage cases from start to finish, including strategy development, document preparation, and filing with USCIS / DOL.
Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and provide representation (Phoenix-based role).
Stay current on immigration law and policy changes impacting employment-based petitions.
Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate, timely filings.
Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and compliance with internal workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
Approximately $120,000 annually - C
ommensurate with experience
5 weeks PTO / year
