Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – In-Home | Raleigh, NC Area

Full-Time | Bilingual (English / Spanish) | $21.50–$26.00 / hr | Weekdays Only

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we help children with autism build confidence, independence, and life skills through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

We’re seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for one consistent client in the Raleigh, NC (27617) area—convenient to Brier Creek and Morrisville .

This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM) ideal for an experienced Behavior Technician who values meaningful work, professional growth, and supportive leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting
• Follow individualized behavior and skill-building plans designed by your supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and your BCBA
• Support the child’s progress with empathy, professionalism, and consistency
