About The Position

Job Title : Hybrid Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1.5 years required, first-timers accepted

License : State license required prior to start date

Certifications : ACLS, ARRT R, BLS

Must-Have :

• IR skills along with Cath Lab experience
• Ability to work every third weekend
• On-call requirement of 10 shifts per month

Description :

The candidate will work in a dual role position, requiring skills in both interventional radiology and cath lab.

The schedule is a day shift, consisting of four 12-hour shifts per week.

The candidate must be available for occasional 7 : 30 am to 8 : 00 pm shifts.

The candidate must also participate in a call rotation, providing coverage for cath lab and hybrid OR 10 shifts each month.

The candidate must have experience with cardiac implant closure devices, diagnostic catheterizations, vascular closure systems, and traditional interventional procedures.

The role includes responsibilities such as monitoring hemodynamics, maintaining sterile fields, and troubleshooting medical equipment.

The facility supports interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and pharmacy.

Candidates must possess strong skills in accurate monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias.

The position will require work during two out of three major holidays, with certain holiday exclusions guaranteed.

Flexible scheduling may be discussed.

Local candidates are accepted.

Pending state licenses are also accepted provided the application for a permanent license has been submitted.

All travelers will be required to float within the facility or to nearby affiliates as necessary.
