- Function as the central connection point between senior leadership and operational departments, converting strategic choices into specific action items with clear timelines
- Manage and synchronize multiple simultaneous projects spanning two core companies, encompassing facility construction, equipment transfers, production shifts, and supply chain operations
- Create and sustain project monitoring systems, timeline benchmarks, and success indicators to provide clarity and responsibility throughout all initiatives
Communication & Cross-Functional Leadership
Facilitate transparent information exchange between executive leadership and frontline teams, keeping all parties updated and coordinatedSynchronize work across various departments such as operations, finance, marketing, engineering, and field personnel to guarantee alignment and streamlined executionDevelop and uphold communication structures that bridge leadership strategy with daily operational functionsPartner with department heads and project coordinators to pinpoint obstacles, address disagreements, and sustain project progressProcess Improvement & Operational System Building
