The EHS Manager will lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across our Service Centers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct industrial hygiene investigations, noise surveys, and air quality assessments
- Implement and sustain corporate EHS systems, tools, and applications
- Provide emergency response support and lead adverse weather planning
- Manage environmental reporting (TIER II, waste reporting) and regulatory compliance
- Oversee EHS management systems (Gensuite) and conduct compliance audits
- Participate in MOC reviews, HAZOPs, and FMEAs
- Develop and deliver safety training and orientation programs
- Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies
- Interface with regulatory agencies and maintain ISO certifications
- Mentor site safety champions and build positive cross-functional relationships
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field5-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations, air / wastewater permitting, and hazardous waste managementExcellent communication, leadership, and analytical skillsProficiency with EHS management systems and root cause analysis methodsCertification (CHMM, CSP, CIH, QISP) preferredWillingness to work in industrial environments, confined spaces, and travel (20%) as needed.Additional Information
