The Senior Construction Analyst / Project Accountant will oversee project financial tracking, invoice processing, and compliance for high-end construction projects. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with financial tools like Excel. Job Description
Monitor and manage a dedicated inbox for invoice submissions.
Verify accounting accuracy in G702 / 703 forms monthly.
Update and audit project Financial Trackers, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
Review lien waivers for accuracy and maintain Certificates of Insurance for all project participants.
Manage office schedules, meeting agendas, and supply inventory.
Enhance automation in financial tracking and assist with the selection of accounting software to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management preferred.
5+ years in project accounting, financial analysis, or construction administration roles.
Advanced Excel skills, including programming and financial tracking.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and financial documentation.
