Inside Sales Client Service Coordinator

A company is looking for an Inside Sales - Client Service Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails

Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs

Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis

Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets

Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word)
