The Boeing Company is seeking an F-22 Lead Systems Engineer to lead the Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) team in Berkeley, Missouri . This position will be a part of the F-22 team within BGS Air Force Services (AFS).

The F-22 Raptor program is well positioned to provide long-term growth opportunities and is committed to an employee focused culture and presence at the St. Louis site supporting the premier 5th generation Air Force fighter. This position will place you at heart of a fast-paced, growing program where you will have the opportunity to shape the program. A successful candidate will be an assertive, resourceful leader who is self-motivated and displays intellectual curiosity while expecting results with urgency. This individual must work well under minimal supervision and general guidance and be able to integrate effectively with key stakeholders to meet program objectives. They must have a proven track record of effective team building and customer relations.

Position Responsibilities :

• Leads new capability R&M predictions, analyzing to-date performance, and assisting in identification of actionable improvement activities
• Ensures the health of the F-22 fleet by analyzing available trending, base, and usage data while providing insight / recommendations to program leadership
• Coordinates with internal and external senior leadership and aligns business strategy with customer demands, customer initiatives and evolving requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range : $ 154,700 - $209,300
